Boxing: Who would you prefer vs Floyd... Berto or Mayfield?

Neither. I hope Floyd doesn't go out like that. There are at least a half dozen fighters who would be FAR more marketable than these two. I guess, if I had to pick one, it would be Mayfield. Give the young guy a crack at a big payday. In fact, I often get the impression that Floyd would like to help this young man out by providing a good payday. I could see Floyd doing something like that as he likes to help people out more than he's given credit for, especially if he feels it's for a good cause.

Berto shouldn't even be taken seriously. I'm not sure I even want to talk boxing with anyone who thinks Berto has a snowball's chance in hell of competing with Mayweather. He might have a puncher's chance and we all know what good that would do him.

I don't necessarily care for Mayweather rematches because I have no reason to believe his past opponents would do any better. But I'd rather see rematches against Cotto or Alvarez than a fight with Berto. Again, I could tolerate a Mayfield fight if for the reasons I stated earlier. Floyd has proven himself and I doubt anyone has a legitimate argument otherwise. He'll always have his detractors but some people just can't be pleased or reasoned with.

I'd rather Mayweather fought Khan, knocked Khan out and leave Khan's reputation in tatters but if he wants to fight either of these two boxers I'd prefer it if he faced Berto.
