Vagina is supposed to be self cleaning right?
However after a hystorectory (only removed uterus) ive been getting too many yeast infections after sex. We have even been without sex for 3 months and aboit 3 days after we finally have sex again, i get a yeast infection and then of course it hurtss to have sex. We have started to opt for him not ejaculating inside to see if it helps. Any ideas how i can fix this?

A man can have a yeast infection without knowing. Each time you do anything together he is passing it onto you and than can apply even if he doesn't orgasm. I'm not saying he cheated on you and in fact he probably contracted it from you originally.
The solution is whatever pill or potion you take to rid yourself of the yeast, then have him take the same.
