What exactly is the Paleo diet....and has anyone tried it and been successful on it? Thanks for your answers?

    This means anything we could hunt or find meats, fish, nuts, leafy greens, regional veggies, and seeds. Sorry, the pasta, cereal, and candy will have to go! Instead, you’ll be making things like chicken stir fry and paleo spaghetti.

    The Paleo diet is taking out ALL types of grains, sugar (refined), legumes (including peanuts), potatoes, processed foods, salt, refined vegetable oils and dairy. My best friends mom was having bad headaches and her doctor thought she was allergic to sugar. He switched her to the Paleo diet and she was fine after that.
