It depends on what YOU mean by 'free speech'. If that means to you that you can say anything at all without some sort of reprisal - from posts being deleted to account suspension or termination, the answer is no. But if that's what you believe free speech is, you have a fundamental misunderstanding of the concept.
You should always expect a reaction to an action you take, which is why you should always carefully consider your actions before taking them. The ONLY thing 'free speech' means as it relates to the US Constitution is that you have the right to express yourself regarding the government without fear of being punished by that government. This is why the Supreme Court ruled that it was OK to burn the US Flag, since it is a form of criticism of the US, as outrageous as it is to most of us.
But outside government - if you say something on a public forum run by non-governmental entities, freedom of speech does not apply.
