what sort of yield did the device used in the infamous plumbbob Pascal-B nuclear test have?

trying to find what sort of yield this test have to calculate how much explosives you would need to recreate the explosion that send that metal plate skyward at such amazing speeds.

    According to the source linked below, it had a yield of 300 tons equivalent of TNT. That is relatively small for a nuclear device, but still, try to pack and simultaneously explode 300 tons of TNT.
