why is it that when a white kills a black it is a hate racist crime but when a black kills a white it is just murder?

I don't think it's has to be a racist crime when a white kills a black but that it is racist if the white killed the black because he is black. It is the same thing the other way around. Something/somebody is racist when they make a diference between races. So black being racist about white is racist too. You just rarely or never hear black people being racist about white people in the media. But that doesn't mean that is doesn't happen.

Last Thursday, a woman and her children had their vehicle assaulted by a black mob in Chicago "using racial slurs and telling me that I didn't belong in their neighborhood because I was white".

Two arrested. Charged with misdemeanor property damage.

If she and her children were black and the mob was white you'd have Reverend Sharpton and the Attorney General Lynch demanding they be charged with a hate crime.

We all know the routine. We all know the liberal racist double standard.

The answer is in the reason behind the killing. If someone kills because of race, then it's a race crime, If someone kills for the money in your wallet, it's just another senseless killing. They're all horrible. Labeling the motive just helps us deal with the tragedy.

Because according to the politically correct, black people can't be racist. Only white people can. And then they burble on about equality... sheesh.

Conversely. why is it that when a white kills ANYONE, he is considered to have a mental illness, but when a black kills anyone, he is considered violent and angry?

Because society is racist and is still - both surprisingly and non-surprisingly - coming to terms that no matter your skin colour, we all bleed the same blood and it shouldn't make us any different.

Because they run to the streets. Get out there signs and start to chant... Think thats what they did over in Africa? danced around a fire chanting some nonsence, kind of like that.
