In which book and verse does Jesus repudiate his Jewish upbringing and deny that he serves God by following the law?
As it is a Christian position that Jesus no longer wants us to follow the letter or intent of the laws, or worship his Father, somewhere he must have denied these things, to have put them away from himself. So, where is it?

Jesus never repudiated his Jewish heritage, but instead repudiated the Jewish leaders and teachers who were leading the Jewish faithful away from God (as found in Matthew 23:1-14):
"The teachers of religious law and the Pharisees are the official interpreters of the law of Moses. So practice and obey whatever they tell you, but don’t follow their example. For they don’t practice what they teach. They crush people with unbearable religious demands and never lift a finger to ease the burden. Everything they do is for show."
Jesus was a Jew. He was born a Jew, and he died a Jew. Therefore, he most likely followed the letter of the Jewish law. When Jesus talked about the Law in the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5:17-20), he says:
"Don’t misunderstand why I have come. I did not come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings of the prophets. No, I came to accomplish their purpose. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not even the smallest detail of God’s law will disappear until its purpose is achieved. So if you ignore the least commandment and teach others to do the same, you will be called the least in the Kingdom of Heaven. But anyone who obeys God’s laws and teaches them will be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven."
It was Paul that expressed to the budding churches, which he set up across the entire Mediterranean, that Christians are not bound to Jewish law. Paul taught this because he thought of himself as Christ's missionary to the Gentiles (the non-Jews). A lot of Paul's theology on this subject can be found in the Letter to the Romans, for example:
Romans 3:20 -- "For no one can ever be made right with God by doing what the law commands. The law simply shows us how sinful we are."
Romans 3:28 -- "So we are made right with God through faith and not by obeying the law."
Romans 8:3 -- "The law of Moses was unable to save us because of the weakness of our sinful nature. So God did what the law could not do. He sent his own Son in a body like the bodies we sinners have. And in that body God declared an end to sin's control over us by giving his Son as a sacrifice for our sins."
Romans 10:4 -- "For Christ has already accomplished the purpose for which the law was given. As a result, all who believe in him are made right with God."
Romans 13:8 -- "Owe nothing to anyone—except for your obligation to love one another. If you love your neighbor, you will fulfill the requirements of God's law."
Hope this helps clear any confusion you may have. Thanks for this question and providing an opportunity to dive into scripture. May much peace, happiness, and joy be always with you :)

You ask a loaded question.
1). He revealed Himself as the "I AM"
2). He came to reveal the Father.
3). He declared that people are to do the will of the Father, which is to believe on the Son.
4). He declared that He came to do the will of the Father through His sacrifice for our sins.
5) He did not declare that "we" serve God through the law, but rather through faith.
6). Ever read John chapter 5? Jesus broke the sabbath law.
7). Ever read Matthew chapter 5? He shows the impossibility of you keeping that law perfectly, as required.

Jesus never did that...Jesus said the opposite.
Matthew 5:17-18
"Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill. "For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished.…
