Is Carly Fiorina 'officially' running for President?

Carly Fiorina is on a book tour like most of the CONservative candidates.

There's only one Republican candidate that is serious about running, and that's the Koch's Puppet, Scott Walker. The other clowns are just in it to pitch a book and to distract people away from their corruption. Donald Trump is there to tear them all down so that Scott Walker rises up as the "golden child". The Koch Brothers are willing to pump BILLIONS into the campaign so their boy ends up as President. He'll do whatever they tell him to do, that that's only in the best interest of their own pocket, not in the best interest of "The People".

I don't know how we would know that. Surely the press is investigating it.

She has to to officially have contributions counted and she is going to be on the debate group.
