What's the lineage of the Harry Potter Elder Wand?
I have tried to follow how Harry got the Elder wand, the strongest wand. But how did Draco get it? Can someone help fill me in?
I tried following it in the films, but just can't put it all together.

Ok this is how it worked. That night on the Astronomy Tower Draco disarmed Dumbledore, so from then on the Elder Wand was Draco's, But when the Snatcher took Harry, Ron and Hermione to Malfoy Manor Harry Disarmed Draco which made the Elder wand Harrys

If I remember correctly Draco got the wand from Voldemort because of a problem with Draco's wand, I think he either broke it or lost it. Harry Potter then got the wand from Draco and so the strongest wand became his.
