Does anyone know how to set up a pay in advance fantasy football league?

Update:

I want to start a league of 12, with each member required to pay $25.00 in advance. Anyone know how I can do this? I had some teams not pay last year on a trust system. I called ESPN, they do not support this. It will be a competitive league, what are my options if I cannot get 12 teams together?

    If it's a competitive league, then no one should have a problem paying you. These are people you know, aren't they? (or at least someone else knows them)
