the main reason is a lot of times when suburban black kids don't act ghetto they are made fun of as "oreos"

meaning a black guy that acts white

Pretty much all kids nowadays act like that. It's not necessarily confined to one race.

It's largely the way these kids are raised and the friends they choose. It's even gotten to the point that neither they nor their parent/guardian realizes it. They think it's normal.
