They aren't but white people commit crimes everyday and get to go home. Not to the coroner. Since you made it racial calling out blacks. Maybe yall should find someone else to pick on. You've done enough damage to them to last 3 lifetimes.

We don't lock people up before they commit crimes so they have to commit the crime before they can be arrested. In this sense, everyone is allowed to commit any crime.

Also police are not 100 effective in arresting everyone for every crime, so some people get away with crimes every day.

Because of a corrupt justice system and an arrogant, thin-skinned ego with a messiah complex in the White House.

Because the heroic cops are under orders to let riots and looting happen in Ferguson because the politicians want to reduce the property vaule so George Soros can buy it up.

How come white cops are allowed to commit crimes while other cops look on?

Because we're afraid of offending their fragile sensibilities.

They are not. Protesters are arrested all the time.
