Me and my father don't have a bound anymore since june he's acting like were strangers he only calls once a day he likes his girlfriend more?

I know the feeling, when I was 11 my dad left us and the bond that we used to have deteriorated completely. I used to be 'daddy's little girl' but now when i see him, which is only about once a week, I don't even feel like i know him or know what to say to him. Its awkward really. My advice to you would be to not worry, he's your dad, he should make the effort to keep the bond with you and if he doesn't then sorry for the language but f*ck him! you will realise that you can and will do just fine without him. Focus on the other people who genuinely love and care for you and return this love to them, and don't try too hard or care too much about people who aren't worth it
