I had 4 black hairs on my chest, I plucked them out and 3 had dark roots one had a blonde root. Will the ones with dark root grow back dark?
basically they pissed me off so I plucked them out. Got a dark little ball thing on the end of the hair ( I am assuming it's the root) on 3 and a blonde ball thing on one. Since I got the dark ball thing out of my skin will the hair still grow back dark?
