Bike suggestion for a heavy man with a budget?

Update:

I Recently began my quest to getting healthy again. I've come down from 378 and now that im down to 325, i want to start riding a bike again like i used to in my late teens. However, I realize that many bikes will bend under my weight. Any suggestions for a good quality bike that wont break the bank?

    Your information about your expected budget is too vague. Quality does have a cost and going too cheap will cost you anyway when parts on a cheaper bike start to fail.
