My 13 hp kohler engine in my Husquvarna rider is blowing gas and oil out the breather tube. Why? How to repair?

Sounds like the carburetor is gravity fed and the float valve leaks a little. If this is the case then when it sat for a while like over night or longer gas leaked through into the crankcase destroying your oil and over filling the crankcase. The over fill part would make it blow out the breather.
