why are there, supposedly, over 100 fires in mines; with dozens burning for over 10 consecutive years? --wouldn't they go out if the entranc?

like bill is saying..so many cracks and crevases coal produces heat more than flame the hot smoke wafts its way thru the ground...they paid to move a whole town like 15 million dollars it was cheaper than trying to put the fire out
