    It really does taste like chicken. I haven't had gator stew, but I've had BBQ'd gator. Not bad.

    Never gator, but I did eat Crocodile at the special lunch on a tour of the Hunter valley wineries in Australia..

    They served kangaroo (tastes like beef) emu (doesn't taste like chicken) croc (does taste like chicken) oysters and a nice salad with a selection of Australian wines.

    I've had it skewered and grilled. It must have been bland, because I don't recall

    much about it.
