Technically, yes. But when it comes to some of the users doing the reporting, no. Apparently the ones doing the reporting can see a yahoo violation from a mile away, that the average user just doesnt notice. If they happen to not notice a question/answer immediately, anything can be scrtutinozed until the violation in clrar to them. Some trusted reporters are on their game 24/7, and actually the main reason they use yahoo answers is to save the rest of us from "chat" questions. But fret not, they have made Yahoo and possibly even the world a better place by removing such questions like "does my hair look good like this?" Or "What's your favorite song?"

Just be sure to avoid "non-answers." You have a longstanding habit of answering questions by writing, "I don't know," "I'm not sure," and "I have no idea." You also respond with one word answers that frequently are not answering the question at all.

Unlike in real life, telling people "I have no clue" is a violation of the rules here. Here's an example. Someone asked, "How can I break my ankle?" And you replied:

"Why would you want to do that? It's painful and life altering, not to mention uncomfortable."

That answer is a violation as a non-answer.

Actually, you were informed when you joined - and every time you ask a question - that there are rules to follow here. Find the ABOUT link at the bottom left of the page. That has a link to the Community Guidelines (rules) on it. Read them, including the HELP pages they link to on the "See More" links there. Follow those and you should have better luck with your answers. Bottom line is that answers must be helpful, actually ANSWER the question being asked, and not be spam, trolling, insulting, chatting, etc.
