George Y is right. However, a problem that many users make is by thinking that if bringing the tip of the leader to the mark is good, then going a bit further will "really" make sure that the film loads properly. When in fact, going beyond the red marker will cause problems. Bring the tip of the film to the red mark and no further. This isn't rocket surgery, don't overthink things.

Place the roll in the side of the camera that olds it. Carefully pull the exposed tab of film across the back of the camera until it reaches the red dot on the other side of the film plane. Be sure the film lies flat across the registration rails. Close the back.

Here's a video review of the N90s and you'll find film loading instructions at the 5:40 mark.

Go to a good local camera store, and get a lesson in how to load. For politeness sake, buy the film there.

Dog ear the film lead inwards just a tad (around 2mm) then feed the second or third hole into the sprocket instead of the first one.
