1. 1st degree murder -Life sentence, no parole 2. armed robbery with a gun -10 Years 3. armed robbery with a knife -10 Years 4. unarmed robbery -5 Years 5. drunk driving -1 Month in jail, 1 year suspended license and counseling 6. drunk driving (2nd offense) 6 months jail, lifetime suspension of license and serious therapy 7. drunk driving (3rd offense) 2-3years jail. 8. drunk driving with one person killed (1st offense) 5-10 Yearsor life. vehicular manslaughter is not okay, and neither is drunk driving 9. rape -25+ years or life, depending on circumstance. People don't seem to take rape seriously, but it's about as bad as killing somone. stealing the innocence of a young person is unforgivable. 10. child steals a pair of scissors from a retail store -no crime 11. failed attempt of 1st degree murder -LIFE. Don't ever give them the chance to get it right. 12. accidentally killed someone -Ugh, there's not way to prove an accidental killing really. It's still terrible.. I'm not sure. 13. punched someone in the face -Community service? Depends on the severity
