NEED to get rid of gynocomastia?
Ok so the other day I went over to my neighbors house and we were just hanging out and things escalated and we were about to have sex but she was like take off your shirt, and I said no im gonna leave it on, then she was like seriously take it off. I literally got dressed without saying anything and left it was so awkward im really depressed now. My gyno looks horrible because im in really good shape its ruining my life I have no confidence I cant swim (Arizona) I hang around people I normally wouldn't just so I fit in better, my life has gone down so many pegs I need to fix it :(

The only way is by surgery. A common misconception is that you can get rid of it with exercise. Exercise is great for burning fat and building muscle but it can't get rid of actual tissue. In fact, building muscle may even make it more pronounced. Talk with your family about surgery. See a proven surgeon.

Well thats a medical condition that can't be explained fully or treated in any way on the internet.
Talk to your parents and doctor.
Oh, and you should just tell that girl that you have this condition.
If she doesn't like you for it or won't talk to you because of it then she is not worth your time.
Find someone who likes you for you.
