Which Microsoft Services Agreement?
The piece you quoted says nothing about "delete". It does say"prevent".
The privacy concerns are to do with the connectivity of modern life / modern systems. And the capabilities available when you apply intelligence to small snippets of data. E.g. The system sees you have an appointment somewhere. The system sees a bad traffic accident, and its going to take you much longer than usual to travel. So the device wakes you up earlier.
