I spent eight hundred and something dollars to get this fixed they said I should replace two of them the front and back so they can have the same life span so I forked out another 400 bucks but now when I go home and has the same noise when I turn now they're trying to sell me a wheel bearing for two hundred buckS, its been 5 days what should I do

well you can tell them they didn't repair the noise and the parts or labor should be on them. you can call the ford customer service 800 number which will be in the owners manual or google it and see if they're willing to do something. another thing is get a second opinion of what's making the noise and see if it is indeed another wheel beaaring

How about telling us what they replaced and exactly what you're driving? Pretty hard to give you advice when you leave out the most important details.
