I used to answer all of the time being a retired teacher. I seem to have lost that privilege. What do I do to be able to answer again?

Because you have an account which has not been used in 2 years the system returns you to how the new accounts run.
If you contact YA help desk they may return you to your original state but I would not hold out too much. It took me a while to get back to the answer all stage and I had only stopped a few months.
