Is "Rock With You" about dancing or sex?

I'm talking about the song Rock With You by Michael Jackson. I'm 16 and I always thought it was about dancing but then I thought wait maybe its about sex? What do you think?

    It's by Michael Jackson, which means if it's about sex, it's about sex with little boys.

    probably both! Rock/pop music back in the day was heavy on double entendres. Unlike today's Rap where they just tell a Ho the wanna F them up the butt!
