My arm hurts everytime i throw a baseball?

My doctor says I have a symptom called pitcher arm but did not tell me how I can get rid of it please help

    Where does it hurt? If it is in the wrist or elbow it could be an inflamed tendon. Rest and more rest is the cure. If it is in the shoulder it could be the above or rotator cuff injury. Rest is the start but major work is necessary. But obviously your doctor doesn't think it is serious. Give it a rest (even Kershaw takes 4 days off after each time he throws) and if it still hurts ask your doctor to refer you to a specialist.

    take a break. my arm was having muscle spasms once last season, couldnt play for a week but when i got back i only played a few innings at second base to reassure that my arm was ok.

    your problem seems to be that you might be throwing the ball awkwardly. side arm usually hurts for most people. if you throw with a hitch in your arm motion, that might be your problem. use heat pads or ice packs or whatever to soothe your arm.

    Step1. Get rid of that doctor - what an idiot.

    Step 2. Find a new doctor.

    Step 3. Ask your new doctor 2 questions: 1. What's wrong with my arm? 2. What do we do about it?
