"Interpret the slope and y-intercept of the equation." Does that mean I just need to state the slope and y-int or is it something else?

I have a quiz tomorrow and the word "interpret" throws me off. Does that mean I just state it or do I do something else?

If it is just y=f(x) then the interpretation is "slop is how fast y changes with x."

However, if the equation has to do with something with units like "blood pressure increases with weight as follows BP = 120 + 0.5(weight -normal weight) then the interpretation of 0.5 is "how fast BP changes with body weight over normal).

No, you do not just state it. Show your methods and your work. And the answer.
