If Pope Francis is such a humble man, why does he wear such special clothing,?

Update:

and not a regular business suit, or jeans and shirt?

As for riding in a Fiat, WHAT country does Fiat originate from?

Was that "product placement"?

Update 2:

Oh, he road in a Jeep, which is part of Fiat/Chrysler product.

On the answers that "Well, the others did it, why not him?" Look at all the claim that he is humble simple man. Really? His predecessors could dethrone kings and kill all who opposed his word. By wearing their garb, isn't he claiming the same power that the previous popes had?

Update 3:

How much does the Church has invested in Fiat?

Even Satan can appear humble and many Religions have created a CLERGY/LAITY class, not Jesus or the Bible.

Should There Be a Clergy-Laity Distinction?

    ================================

Most Reverend, Right Reverend, Father, Most Holy Father, Rabbi, His Eminence, His Excellency, His Holiness, His All-Holiness—these are some of the titles that distinguish the clergy of various religions from the laity. The separation of the clergy from the laity is common to many religions, but is the arrangement from God, or is it a human tradition? More important, does it have God’s approval?

“IN THE New Testament and during the early apostolic times there is no mention of clergy or laity,” wrote professor of theology Cletus Wessels. The Encyclopedia of Christianity states: “There gradually arose a differentiation into clergy as the officeholders and the laity as the rest . . . ‘Ordinary’ church members now came to be seen as an unqualified mass.” That differentiation became prominent during the third century C.E.—more than two hundred years after Jesus Christ!

If, then, the clergy-laity distinction is not based on the model set by Jesus’ apostles and other early Christians, does that make it wrong? According to the Bible, yes. Consider why.

    “All You Are Brothers”

God’s Word tells us that all Christians serve as God’s ministers and that none is above or beneath the other. (2 Corinthians 3:5, 6) “There was a very positive insistence on the absence of class” among early Christians, says religion writer Alexandre Faivre. That “absence of class” harmonizes with Jesus’ words to his followers: “All you are brothers.”—Matthew 23:8.

Like a 5 star general wearing all his decorations; it is his uniform. That Pope is more of a politician than a religious leader. One congressman was disappointed in his address to congress because he never once mentioned the gospel. It was all politics.

He has said that everyone will go to heaven, including atheists, homosexuals and Muslims etc. That is not what the Bible says. I don't think he is even a Christian at all.

Probably because his religion tells him too.

The Bible actually tell certain people to wear special clothing too.

    Turban: Zechariah 3:5

Gold Plates for the Priest: Leviticus 8:9

    Prayer Shaw:l Deuteronomy 22:12

But do you see that often?

It's part of his identity as head of the Roman Catholic church. He only wears the 'special clothing' when he is out and about in public. IT is part of the image and reflects on his religion, so he respects the tradition, although he does not like it.

He is a deceiver bent on gaining world domination. Biblical prophecy is clear on that (Revelation 13). We will soon see the U.S. pass a law that enforces Sunday worship/rest as opposed to God's true Sabbath (Exodus 20:8-11). The Sunday law is the mark of the beast and the image to the Papacy (Revelation 13:11-18).

Don't be deceived by the smooth speech from the Pope. Trust in Jesus Christ alone to guide you into all Truth and understanding so that you can escape the deceptions of this world. God bless.
