People believe in wind and in gravity even if they can't see it, so why not believe in God just because you can't see Him?

I can sense, meausre, and use wind and gravity with cosistent predictable results. So can anyone else even without believing in them by just following procedures.

God, on the other hand cannot be sensed, measured, or used. Some people claim to sense god but not all do like wind and gravity and some sense very different gods.

The comparison to wind or gravity is childish.

Same reason that you don't believe that I'm a small, green carnivorous Wombatoid from the Planet Zarg just because you can't see ME!

btw: I AM a small, green carnivorous Wombatoid from the Planet Zarg! Worship me .....and send money!

Aah, but you can see the Effects of wind and gravity. both can be scientifically measured. Deity is immeasurable in a scientific manner. People don't 'believe' in gravity or wind, you can't 'believe' in a scientific force!

    The difference is simple.

Wind and gravity can be measured, explained, predicted, and accurately explained. There is evidence for them, in other words.

There is no evidence of the existence of ANY god. Hence, there's no rational reason to believe in a set of fairy tales.

Wind can be measured and even predicted. Air masses can be seen moving clouds both from the surface of the earth and in satellite pics. Gravity can be measured, and the effects of gravity on stars' light can be photographed.

But there is STILL no proof of god.

We can experience wind and gravity.....but not your God.....not a good analogy...try again.

I can measure wind speed and direction. I can feel it. I can calculate the forces involved in wind and use them to design buildings that can withstand hurricane force winds and tornadoes. I can measure gravity. I can see and feel its effects. I can use calculations of gravity to send men to the Moon or spacecraft to photograph Pluto.

I cannot measure gods. I cannot feel gods. I cannot calculate the effects of gods on anything. Gods, if they exist, are supernatural therefore their interactions with the natural cannot be tested in any way. Everything claimed to be attributable to gods can also be attributed to the natural world so gods are unnecessary. If they are unnecessary, why bother with them at all?

I can feel the wind , I jump or even toss a ball I can feel and see gravity. What physical presence can your god show? We are created in his image, makes more sense algae would have been created in his image. We invented God and that is why we in our Hemophilic stupor believe we were created in his ( why his , why not hers or its?) We are what we are and want to believe we are special, we are not. This world was not made for us , we made this world as it exists and we made your God, Yahweh, Allah , Siva , Krishna et al out of conceit.

Because people understand that believing in god will involve life changes and acceptance of responsibility for their actions!

Instead people would rather do everything that they can to discredit god in their own minds so they can feel justified about continuing a life of sin and doing as they please.

No god no punishment for my sins.

Therefore I can have my fun and nothing will stop me and I don't have to be responsible to anyone. And I can deny that my actions will cause myself and others harm.

Well it is similar to the fact that a 100% blind person cannot comprehend the existence of light or colors. He/she can sense the sunlight because of the heat/radiation.

God can only be felt. The main reason people do not want to believe the existence of God is the religious policing.
