Does Feedback on Google Earth only work with some browsers?

Update:

When I attempt to give feedback to report an error on Google Earth, it wants to use my default browser (Firefox) and gives me no other choice. When I do the reporting process, everything seems okay, but submission fails. I have posted several attempts and get "Submission failed, try again later" I have Google Chrome (not as my default) and would hope it works with that if I could get to use it.
