I wold rinse her and wash her with something not so irritating and more natural like vinegar, baking soda, lemon juice etc and condition with shea butter or coconut oil (if you notice her skin is really dry you can to this after you bathe her so it moisturizes more) and give her a does of benadryl of about 1 mg per one pound twice a day, its probably and allergic reaction to the shampoo and hives go away pretty quickly but if it doesn't go away for a day of two after you wash her again, I'd go to the vet

Hello everyone just would like to say i know why she had an allergic reaction. After i bathed my dogs, my dad sprayed flea stuff on the rugs and you arent suppose to spray it 48 hours before or after bathing. He didnt know i bathed them. Benadryl helped alot so ty to the people who suggested it

Dogs shouldn't be bathed* unless vet recommended and/or prescribed, your fault this happened, chances are she had an allergic reaction, and/or you didn't rinse well, etc.
You shouldn't be giving her anything unless it's vet prescribed and/or recommended this may now hinder reaching a proper diagnosis/treatment.
Take it to a vet, and be sure to tell them what you bathed her with and the Benedryl dosage.
