    Start tracking it. Meanwhile, ask for a complete accounting of the company records.

    Unfortunately, this sort of thing is very common in sales, and most salespeople have to deal with it at some point.

    ask for a detailed accounting of your sales - most legitimate companies will keep very good records for commissioned sales persons
