Someone must be paying attention with all the money he is getting for speeches. He is definitely a laughingstock. However, for global warmers they only describe him as irrelevant if you ask about one of his predictions that doesn't come true. At the time he is making the prediction they have no problem with his statements being hyped by the media, because it serves the greater good of scaring the public.
