Basically ALL vitamins and minerals are needed for growth. Some people never reach their maximum height because they do not consume all the essential vitamins and minerals. Eat all the colors of fruit and vegetables and eat your proteins fish, chicken, some red meat, some pork. When our maximum height is reached, there is no way we can increase it because our final height is genetically encode in our DNA, but if your lucky, you may still grow even in your early 20's.
