What if i eat chicken and seafood but not beef or may be beef once a week or so as am not a big fan...is it ok?

    Perfectly OK. For example baltic herring and salmon have more vitamin B-12 than beef.

    Yes, red meat and chicken have about the same amount of protein per ounce, red meat just has more fat in it.
