My best guess as a former soldier is that, no, widows or other relatives are not entitled to wear the deceased service member's medals, just as they aren't entitled to wear the uniform. Medals are meant to be worn only by the person who earned them. However, this is only an educated guess. I don't see why not, you are the wife of an army soldier, therefore you served your country by supporting your husband, its often said hat its harder for the spouses who are at home than those who are deployed... this is because the weight is left on you to maintain things back home. God bless you and wear that medal, nobody soing to say a thing. you do whatever you want to honor your man,
