i would like to know if i can as a army airborne 82nd if i can wear his parachate wings on a black background?

    The wings would be my late husbands wing from the Army airborne the 82nd blt 505

    No. The only time wings are worn with a backgroun is on the dress uniform. The background is based on your unit. You are not allowed to modify the color.

    Whose wings ? You can wear whatever the Army unit tells you that you can wear.
