How the hell am I supposed to avoid/get rid of acne scars?

It seems inevitable to me. People tell me to just not pop them, but how is that reasonable? I'm just supposed to walk around with them on my face? Not only are they very irritable, but they look horrific — and so do these scars. I don't understand. What am I supposed to do? My lower face is covered in blemishes, and now I am getting actual permanent scars (those little indented ones). I'm under so much stress lately that my acne has become much worse than usual, and that's only making things worse. It's also making me hate myself. Help!

    It's all about healing.

Acne scars is not a one day or 1 week thing. It could last for a lifetime.

Adam Lambert has the worst acne scars. Take a closer look of Johnny Depp (link below). JLo, even Demi Moore have been seen with scars on their faces during interviews. Seal, the musician, Heidi Klum's ex have you seen the scar on his face? Demi in October 2012 issue of 'People magazine, showed her freckles (acne?) on the cover and inside article photo showed she had them removed but there was a 'hole' and no makeup could fill that in. How about Jennifer Hudson 'flea beaten scars' on her legs, as if she had itched them and got infected. I had some of those when I was a kid. Just as recently as October, I had a tiny spider (?) bite where my watch was, and after 2 weeks, it was dried and I thought it was healing, so I peeled it. Even though it was covered by my watch, there is a tiny freckle there now, but it had heeled, except it was darker. I should just let it fall off, when it was time instead of 'rushing it, exposing tender skin. This is now Dec and the freckle is not going away. By January and I could hardly see it. Even though I eat healthy, I am not one of those that heal fast. When I had bunion surgery, I was told it could take 3 months, it took me 3 years! LOL Anyway . . . with all their money they're making now, even beauty products can't do anything about their faces or should I say scars.

Avoid too much sun exposure, so it won't make your scars even DARKER permanently. Wear a hat. Skin heals. So let your skin heals.

Doing that will give you scars that are hard to get rid of. You're supposed to let them heal gently. Face packs are a great way to get a clear and glowing face. For acne, using gentler ingredients like aloe vera is better.

Trust me, face packs can help with everything - pimples, scars, blackheads, skin tone, clear face, etc.
