    PV = nRT ; R = gas constant = 0.082 liter-atm/moleK

    138 C + 273 = 411 Kelvin

    Assume 1.0 mole of CFCl3

    5.46 atm(V) = 1(0.082)(411)

    V = 6.17 liters

    Weight of CFCl3

    1mole x 137 grams CFCl3/1mole = 137 grams

    Density = 137 grams/6.17liters = 22.2 grams/liter

    One could also solve for density:

    PV = grams/molar mass * RT

    Rearranging terms:

    P(molar mass)/RT = grams/Volume
