My webcam won't work?

Update:

On my Toshiba satellite P755-S5320, when I try to use my webcam the screen is blank, the light turns on but the actual camera fails.

    Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

    Do to devices and printers and click on it. You can test it there.

    buy a new one or just return it either or
