Who really is responsible for paying the WBC sanction fee and the so-called step aside fee? Is it Miguel or Oscar?

It is Miguel s obligation but I would rather say "who ever needs it" and in this case, Oscar needs it for promotion purposes more than Cotto and therefore should help on this fees. Cotto, at this stage of his career being on the twilight, doesn t need a belt.

Welcome back Ted. It s party time again.

Miguel since he is the champion, he had an obligation to face Golovkin, but since he wanted to fight canelo he had to work out a step aside deal with 3G.
