Is Ben Roethlisberger a Hall of Fame caliber QB?

To me the only active QB that should be in the Hall of Fame are P. Manning, Brady, Rodgers and Brees.

But I saw the same question about Eli Manning and some people believe he should be there based on the two rings.

What about Big Ben? He has the same number of rings (even though he was horrible on the first one and his interceptions cost the team a third one), his numbers are overall better and he's been more reliable in the regular season.

    Big Ben, but not Eli

Him and Eli are borderline candidates. Not because they were dominateing. But because yes they have 2 rings. They were also starters for many years.SO when you look at the all time list on records they rank high on it

No, he's a good player but no where near HOF. Eli is not HOF either.
