Is it a violation to ask "Why do people buy Chevy when Ford is better?"?
In other words, are questions that cannot have a real "answer" considered a violation of Yahoo Answers guidelines, and if so, why?
Other examples:
"How can Miley Cirrus think she's pretty?"
"Why do gays not know they look effeminate?"

Some users will consider those rants since the questions are more about stating an opinion rather than seeking facts. They are in that gray area and asked in Polls would probably get through. The two other examples have the problems that the Miley question can not be answered (except by Miley) and the gay question can be considered insulting.

It presents opinion as fact in your first example. The other two might be considered chat, so yes, I suppose technically they might be in violation
Frankly though, why would you report that type when where are so many clear violations out there?
