Scalp issues?

I have had dandruff my whole life and no shampoo would make it go away. Now I m getting yellow dandruff which luckily the t/gel shampoo I m using is helping with. But recently I ve developed this thing where if I m outside in the cold and come home and its to warm my scalp will itch really bad(and sometimes my face). I have to much hair to see my scalp so I m not sure what s going on?
