Which android tablet has the most internet speed?

None of them. Internet speed is on the other side of your router from your devices. The question concerns which tablet has the fastest WiFi speed. WiFi is nothing to do with the Internet, it is just an interface to your router. WiFi does not come from your ISP. It originates in your router to connect to your wireless devices.
I am not aware of any Android tablet that supports 5 GHz, although I suspect a few might. 5 GHz supports higher speeds but shorter distances than 2.4 GHz. For 2.4 GHz, a tablet that offers 802.11n networking is probably the best you can expect, but that will be slow if your router only supports 802.11g or 802.11b WiFi.
The real limit imposed by the tablet is probably the processing power in the tablet. Fast WiFi won't do that much if the tablet takes a long time to process what it receives over the WiFi.

It's actually same on the tablet hardware side. Still the speed of the connection depends on the signal strength and your subscription with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

It dosen`t matter which tablet u may have the speed of internet is all depends upon your internet connection. If your are facing the problem regarding the slow internet speed then speak to your internet service provider to increase your internet speed. If still your matter is unsolved the ask them to upgrade your internet plan to the higher speed.

Some of the more modern day ones would have faster chips to get better speeds but at the end of the day it comes down to the connection you are using. So if you have one capable of say a 144Mbps but using a 20Mbps connection that's the most you'd get.

"Speed" is not a function of the tablet. It's a function of the Internet connection's size (or bandwidth) and how many devices are using it at the same time.
