Lets break it down:
John 4:22
You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, because salvation begins with the Jews.
You worship what you do not know...
2 Kings 17:29
However, each different nation made their own god,* which they placed in the houses of worship on the high places that the Sa·marʹi·tans had made; each different nation did so in their cities where they were living.
2 Kings 17:33
Thus, they feared Jehovah, but they worshipped their own gods according to the religion* of the nations from which they had been deported.
We worship what we know:
Isaiah 43:11-13
11 I—I am Jehovah, and besides me there is no savior.”
12 “I am the One who declared and saved and made known
When there was no foreign god among you.
So you are my witnesses,” declares Jehovah, “and I am God.
13 Also, I am always the same One;
And no one can snatch anything out of my hand.
When I act, who can prevent it?”
Psalm 83:18
May people know that you, whose name is Jehovah,
You alone are the Most High over all the earth.
WHAT THE BIBLE TEACHES
There is only one true religion.—Matthew 7:13, 14.
True religion is identified by its teachings and practices.—Matthew 7:16, 17.
Jehovah’s Witnesses practice the worship that God approves.—Isaiah 43:10.

The Samaritans had false religious views. They accepted as inspired only the first five books of the Holy Scriptures and these just in their own recension, called the Samaritan Pentateuch.
Whereas the Samaritans did not really know God, the Jews had been entrusted with Scriptural knowledge. Romans 3:1, 2
The Scriptures gave faithful Jews and any others who would listen what they needed in order to know God.
Actually, Jesus showed that both Jews and Samaritans would have to adjust their way of worship so as to please God.
He said: The hour is coming, and it is now, when the true worshipers will worship the Father with spirit and truth, for, indeed, the Father is looking for suchlike ones to worship him.

He was speaking of the difference between the lord and God. The lord worshipers think they are the same. Fools
