I need help asap. Math statistics question.?

It won't let me post, so I'll add a link in an update immediately.

Update:

A random variable x has a mound shaped distribution with a standard deviation of sigma=9. A random sample has a size of n=36 has a sample mean of 20. Build a 95% confidence interval for the population mean.

    Assuming 95% confidence,

    CI (for u) = (sample mean) ± [(pop' standard deviation)(z critical)] / (√N)

    = 20 ± [9(1.96)] / √(36)

    = 20 ± 2.94

You get the z - critical value from a table in your textbook. You should be able to find it.
