Given that we now know for sure that some of Hillarys emails she kept on her homebrew unsecured server were classifed?

Reported today the CIA and NGA sent emails to then sec state Clinton-that were "born" classified. Therefore she violated the law.

Do you think HIllary will be indicted?

Suppose I told you that some person we both knew was a criminal, and I had all the goods on him, and I was going to turn him in and make sure he was behind bars, and I told you this over and over for two or three years, would you still believe it? Would you ask me: 'So when are you going to do this? If you know all the details, and you're sure the guy is guilty, why haven't you done anything YET?'

Remember how sure the Republicans were that Benghazi was totally Hillary's fault (even Hillary's DOING!) and they were going to make sure the public knew all the damning details? 8 or 9 'investigations' later, they aren't able to show anything she did wrong! Do you think they're deliberately protecting her? (I don't.)

Now it's the e-mails. You know MANY Republicans have been accused of this same thing. They're all innocent, though. It was only a crime when Hillary did it. Why isn't she being prosecuted? Why aren't there a string of congressional hearings?

I suppose it's possible they have something on her and they're saving it for the height of the campaign, an 'October Surprise'. I think it's much more likely they're just blowing smoke out their a**. Put up or shut up!

No, the president already said it didn't matter if she broke the trust of the American people and thwarted simple laws of transparency in government . The question everyone should be asking is why she hid everything on a private server in the first place and why she claimed to be compliant when she just release over 1,000 e mails last week . One in particular was significant because it dealt specifically with the Pentagon e mailing their readiness to go to Benghazi during the attack on the embassy.

She will be pardoned by Obama.

Awwww, are you going to write a musical about it? Or a fiction book? In musicals, you can also just make stuff up - look at Mary Poppins. That magical thinking you display tells me you're younger than 10 years old, though, and I don't think kids that young can have an account.

Will be: of course not. She's a Clinton & a democrap. Hitlery will continue to run for president no matter how unqualified she is. Her slobbering supporters will look the other way and praise her.

The better question is SHOULD BE: HELL YES!

No. Like most politicians she is wealthy and powerful enough to get off without any punishment.

    Reported by who?

Certainly not the FBI who has been the one doing the investigation and no criminal activity what-so-ever has been found.
