    None. The mashed potato turns out gluggy. I've seen many chefs use a rice, Add a little cream along with the milk, it makes it extra creamy and extra delicious.

    Hi you don't need a mixer just a fork and a good hand.

    look around. but hot milk is a must if you want creamy lump free mash
